Spectacular… breathtaking… magnificent. Those are just some of the words guests use to describe our location in southwestern Colorado.
Colorado Trails Ranch is only 12 miles northeast of the historic western town of Durango, Colorado. Our 450 acres are nestled in a scenic mountain valley that adjoins the two-million acre San Juan National Forest. The ranch's elevation is 7,500 feet.
There are two convenient ways to get to our dude ranch:
Fly into Durango, where we'll pick you up and take you back to the Durango airport at no extra charge. (There are non-stop flights from Denver, Colorado, Salt Lake City, Utah, and Phoenix, Arizona.)
A great fly/drive option is to fly into Albuquerque, New Mexico, then rent a car and make the easy and scenic, four-hour drive to the ranch. (Many of our guests prefer this alternative, as airfares into Albuquerque are very competitive.)
